The Brief: Oil and gas specialists Rigmar developed a pioneering new oil rig refurbishment and repair system and wanted to reach their market while winning new clients. They commissioned us to create an engaging 3D video demonstrating exactly how the system works. The finished animation was used in client meetings and shared widely across major social channels – YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram – to generate new business.
The Challenge
3D is the perfect medium for showcasing complex systems in a clear and visually compelling way. Traditional real-world filming could never have captured the intricacy of Rigmar’s product, so we used 3DS Max to produce a detailed, informative animation that brought the process to life.
The Result
The animation became a powerful sales and marketing tool for Rigmar. It was used extensively in client meetings and across social media, helping promote the system and securing new customers.
