The Brief: Rigmar developed an innovative oil rig repair and refurbishment system suitable for both offshore and onshore use. Already working with the company on their website, we were invited to create a 3D video to showcase the system. The finished animation was shared across major social channels – YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram – and distributed via disc-based presentations to clients, helping generate new business.
The Challenge
Filming the Rigmar system in real-world offshore conditions was not feasible. 3D video was chosen as the most effective medium, offering unique perspectives of complex processes and delivering a visual explanation far beyond what text or photos could achieve.
The Result
The animation effectively demonstrated the benefits of Rigmar’s pioneering system. It featured in client meetings, presentations, and social media campaigns, successfully promoting the product and winning new customers.
