ReUnionRide
Working with Deepbluemedia, we completed the ReUnionRide project including logo, website and promotional videos to support this special ski event aimed at older skiers and snowboarders. The gathering was scheduled to take place in Bansko, Bulgaria (one of Eastern Europe’s top ski resorts), towards the end of the 2023 winter season.

Overview
ReUnionRide Snow Event
ReUnionRide was a ski and snowboard event created for older riders keen to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones at Bansko ski resort in Bulgaria – one of Eastern Europe’s top winter destinations.
Inside the ReUnionRide Project
To generate early interest and drive attendance, we focused on fast, effective promotion. We designed a bold, memorable logo, using two mirrored ‘R’s to symbolise both reunion and reflection. We also developed a CMS-based website with a built-in voting system, alongside two high-impact promotional videos, which performed exceptionally well across social media platforms.

ReUnionRide was another fully in-house Deepblue project, with our team managing everything from branding and web development to coordinating with sponsors and suppliers.

We handled every part of the ReUnionRide project ourselves, making sure nothing was left to chance. From designing the logo and creating the branding to photography, graphic design, building the CMS-powered website, and producing engaging videos — we did it all to promote the event effectively.

Raising Awareness with Video
The biggest challenge for ReUnionRide was getting enough buzz to attract sponsors, suppliers and support from Bansko ski resort. To tackle this, we relied on one of our strongest assets — video promotion. We created eye-catching clips tailored for social media sharing to spread the word.
These videos were shared far and wide across various platforms, boosting visibility and stirring up excitement. They played a key role in building momentum, drawing attention from the public as well as potential partners and sponsors.

The Spirit of ReUnionRide
The heart of ReUnionRide was all about bringing older skiers and snowboarders back together—to reconnect, reminisce and ride once more. With that in mind, the logo design centred around two bold ‘R’s: one facing backwards to symbolise reflection and reunion, and the other looking forward to represent the future.
Simple, Bold and Memorable
This clever but minimal design perfectly captured the event’s essence. Clean, striking and instantly recognisable, the logo worked effortlessly across both digital and print media, giving ReUnionRide a strong visual identity from the very start.
