Working with another division of Deepblue, SBLMNL, we were commissioned to perform a full rebrand for MSF. We used this video as part of the launch strategy to announce to subscribers the vastly improved services they could expect.

The brief: The organisation had been running for many years but was ready for a major overhaul. Working under the name of our parent company, Deepblue, we were brought in to deliver a full rebranding and digital transformation. As well as a totally new website, this work included a new logo, brochure, branding and a custom-built app to modernise the entire service.
The challenge
With an established user base, it was crucial we didn’t lose the trust of existing clients. We focused on improving and streamlining the service while retaining familiar elements. As part of this strategy, we produced a professional launch video to clearly communicate the updated offering and reassure loyal users that the core values remained.
The result
The video played a central role in the rebrand launch. It was shared across conferences, social platforms and featured on the organisation’s new website. It helped retain existing users while attracting new ones by showing off the improved, more efficient service in a clear and engaging way.
